Nokia is moving towards more job based salary than individual agreement. This might take the hit with high performance, but gain in long term with solid performance workers. It would be interesting to see was this one time performance to boost Nokia's public image [you can see the twitter post https://twitter.com/nokia/status/1130808017732153344 ] or did they actually developed a tools to measure this periodically.
